    I enjoyed my stay with fine sea views and a beautifully designed pool area. The attentive staff made sure every detail was perfect. Noise disturbance from nearby clubs made sleeping difficult at times. A good experience worth revisiting!

    definitely want to stay in that area again

    The room had a private bathroom and a balcony with a fine view of the pool and the sea. The outdoor swimming pool was heated. There was an amazing fitness center and multiple relaxing spa tubs at different temperatures. The breakfast had an omelet station and delicious pancakes, all served buffet style.

    The breakfast was excellent with several options, and the food was OUTSTANDING. Location: the hotel was very close to the "palace " rather than the posher "vitalis ", the main beach and really amazing restaurants to go at the evening. I had quick lunch at Whale, located very close to the property.

    There was insufficient explanation as to the facilities at check in stage. The food at the Breakfast buffets appear to be haphazardly arranged. Cereals on one end of the buffet, and milk and fruit on the other end

    Really good Service and Location

    My family and I enjoyed a wonderful stay with amazing views from our Beautiful Room. The staff was attentive, especially when my daughter accidentally broke a plate. They promptly provided a new one with a smile. The breakfast was good with various options, and we appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. The noise from nearby clubs could be a disturbance for light sleepers.

    Waking up, covered in flea bites. Ants in the bathroom. Staff service from Stalinist Russia - seriously, room service staff sneer at you, and front desk staff ignore while they text on their phone. Then they are put off when you insist on being served. This hotel promotes themselves as five-star luxury international hotel and charge accordingly, but they barely are able to deliver two-star quality. Seriously, do not stay at this hotel, unless you like flea bites, and ants in your bathroom, and a staff who could care less.
